SIGN UP FOR GAMES
All of the parents of GCHS students who participate in the Bands, Ensembles, Choirs, and Choruses are members of the GC Music Boosters. As members, we need your help! Specifically, we require 50 volunteers (parents, students and their friends) to assist with the "Johnny Rocket's" concession stand at each of the Washington Redskins' home games at FedEx Field in Landover, MD.
The Music Boosters' primary source of income is a percentage of the gross proceeds we earn the concession stand. These funds are used for the students to purchase uniforms and instruments, pay for the repair of instruments, assist with the cost involved in attending the annual Band and Choir Trip in the spring, etc.
The 2009 Season is posted below, please review the schedule and sign up for a game, simply SEND AN EMAIL TO the FedEx Coordinator (include the game date, # of people attending and names).

Not only do we have carpools available that will take you from GCHS to the Landover Mall where we rendezvous with a Metro Bus which then takes us directly to the stadium, but we are not responsible for any fees (parking or entrance). We'll have the opportunity to meet and get to know quite a few fellow GC Music Booster parents and their children. The piece de resistance, we will be able to eat and drink the same items we will be selling and serving to the public, i.e., crab cakes, chicken fingers, sausages, hot dogs, hamburgers, water, sodas, etc. at no charge!
If you are available to assist with one or more of the games or you simply want to ask a question, please email the FedEx Coordinator no later than 3:00 PM the Monday preceding each of the home games. These deadlines are driven by the FedEx Field Security who require the list of volunteers by Tuesday, for the upcoming weekend's game.
