Summer 2008 Choir Camp

View the LETTER from Mr. Spottswood regarding the Choral Camp being held from Monday, August 18 through Thursday, August 21 from 3:30PM until 6:30PM.  Please complete the following steps:

   -fill out the pages 2 and 3 (Choir Camp Permission form and Medical Release form) and return it to Mr. Spottswood.

   -respond to Mr. Spottswood by email (spottswood@olgchs.org) to verify that you will be attending the camp.

Should you have any questions or concerns about the choir camp please contact Mr. Spottswood directly.
